Export or import your data

Use Settings to back up or merge a space's history.

Open the backup controls

Keep exported files somewhere you trust. They can contain private history and member details from the selected space. Sync first if you need the latest cloud data.

  1. In the app, open Settings, choose This device, then Export / import.
  2. Choose the space whose history you want to back up and select Export backup JSON. Copy the generated JSON and save it securely.
  3. To restore, select the original space, paste its backup JSON, choose Review import, then confirm Import into selected space.
